Dr. Miller is a practicing family physician in addition to his work as a third-generation farmer and President of the United States Cattlemen’s Association (USCA). He has been treating his grazing pastures and fields for hay production: fescue, orchard grass, clover cover crop.

Preliminary Findings

Higher Number of Arbuscular Mycirrhizae 'hairs'

Testing showed a higher number of arbuscular mycorrhizae ‘hairs’. These mycorrhizae attach to root hairs and are responsible for nutrient movement. There was a consistent increase of Abscisic acid (ABA), a stress adaptor that effects growth regulation. Both indicators translate to a really healthy plant and increase in yield.

Strong business plan requires experience

Brooke has applied EnSoil Algae to his fields for two seasons with excellent results in forage density, hay yield, color, growth, and overall health of his fields. The pictures below highlight the absence of ragweed in the fields treated with EnSoil and a thicker stand of grass where EnSoil Algae has been applied.
